“Brayden was very informative, knowledgeable, helpful and polite. He educated us his findings and how everything is supposed to work. He came back the next day to install a new well pump, bladder and all the components to get us back up and running with water, he was very informative on everything he was doing. He was a delight and I really appreciated him for coming in and getting everything done in timely manner.”

“Steve and Austin were great. They were attentive and straightforward from the beginning - diagnosed the issue, ordered the new water heater (which was a specialty item, so not easy to get), and did the install the next day. Work was clean, friendly, well done. We talked to and had quotes from several others, but we know for certain that we made the exact “Right” choice. Thanks guys!”

“I would definitely recommend this company for anybody that needs any type of plumbing repair. I would especially recommend the technician that came to my house. His name is Dalton. He did the best job that I could have ever expected, done a great job explaining. What needed to be done, he even cleaned up. Above and beyond.Would I expected his company is a one grade A in my book”

All questions
What should I do if a pipe bursts or I have a major leak?

Shut off the main water valve first. It's usually where the water line enters the house, often in the basement near the meter. If water is near outlets or appliances, turn off power to that area, then call us at (937) 884-3540. We offer emergency service 24/7, every day of the year, and we handle leak detection.

How do I know if my water heater needs repair or replacement?

Rusty or discolored hot water, rumbling noises, water pooling around the base and hot water that runs out fast are common signs of trouble. Most tank water heaters last roughly 8 to 12 years, so an older unit with a leaking tank is usually a replacement rather than a repair. We repair and install all types of water heaters.

Why does my drain keep clogging?

Repeat clogs usually come from grease, hair, soap buildup or something lodged further down the line. In older neighborhoods, tree roots working into the sewer line are a common cause. A sewer camera inspection shows what's actually in the pipe, and hydro jetting can clear buildup and roots that a snake leaves behind. See our drain cleaning service.

Do you handle sewer line problems and backups?

Yes. We start with a sewer camera inspection to find the problem. From there, we clear the line or repair or replace the damaged section. In many cases, trenchless sewer repair lets us fix the line without digging a trench across your yard or driveway. More on sewer line repair.

Why does my sump pump run constantly, or not at all?

A pump that runs nonstop or short cycles may be undersized, have a stuck float switch or a failing check valve, or be dealing with a high water table after heavy rain. A pump that won't run may have lost power or burned out. We install, repair and replace sump pumps.
